With the online exercise plan, Nightingale Fitness provides everything you need to help kickstart a new fitness regime or compliment your existing training: the workouts, the motivation, AND a fantastic support network through a Facebook group.
Put simply, online clients do the Nightingale Fitness workouts wherever and whenever they like and then share their selfie/status with each other online (see the collage above for March pics!). Exercise is rewarded through a star system on a fridge-planner and there are sometimes events or a monthly challenge to take part in!
No equipment or gym required. Just you and your body! There are always different options for different abilities.
So far there have been 14 online programmes with different themes!
In 2017 we did: January Jumpstart, February Fitties, March Motivators, April Army, May Marchers, June Jumpers, July Jumpstart, August All-Stars, Sweatember, All-Over October, November Nightmare, Damage Mitigation December.
In 2018, so far we have had January Slamstart, The Winter Wind-Down, the Spring Online Plan and the Summer Online Plan.
