Initial 30 minute Personal Training consultation

This involves a 30 minute chat about your lifestyle, health and goals so we can look at the options available and come up with an approach that will work for you. It can be conducted in person or over the phone.

Personal Training – single session

-       Includes: measurements/photos, fitness testing, goal setting, nutrition advice, fitness plan, regular progress reviews, support (text/call/email), tailored sessions.

-       Choose from 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.

-       Payment must be made upfront and in full.

Personal Training

Training sessions can be delivered to up to 4 people, providing the clients are of a similar fitness level and have the same fitness goals. Please contact me to discuss this option.

Group Classes

Varied group classes suitable for all fitness levels. For clients who pay for a course/programme/bundle either up front or monthly, the classes are "use them or lose them"; sessions cannot be transferred to other individuals; and sessions cannot be carried over. Clients must adhere to advice regarding health and safety, equipment and attire. If a class needs to be canceled by Nightingale Fitness for any reason, Nightingale Fitness will give as much notice as possible and organise an extra class to compensate. However classes will not be cancelled because of the weather, unless there is a safety issue. Classes must be booked ahead, no walk-ins.
